Our Founder
Our CEO and Managing Director, Tim Crisp, founded Systems & Co in 2017 after a successful career in corporate and project roles in the engineering and construction industry. He was previously the Group Manager, Data & Commercial, at engineering contractor John Holland with dual responsibilities leading both the data and commercial functions. Prior to this role he held a range of systems roles including Project Manager, Program Manager, Systems Manager, and was broadly consulted due to his knowledge of the industry. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Arts from Thomas Edison State University, and Graduate Certificates in Strategic Management and Finance from the Harvard Extension School.
Our Consultants
Systems & Co consultants are specialists who focus on the construction and engineering industry. They combine management consulting acumen, industry expertise, and system thinking to solve business problems. They are accomplished professionals comfortable working with a loose brief or tight deadlines.
Our Contractors
In addition to consultants, System & Co provides clients with contract staff to supplement internal resources. This includes specialists in systems-related roles such as Systems Manager, Business Analyst, Change Analyst, Project Administrator, Document Controller, or Systems Trainer.
